B-Complex #6 • 60c - Thorne Research
B vitamin supplementation is extremely important to anyone with compromised liver function, poorly functioning enzymes, digestive problems or age as these factors can interfere with the liver's ability to convert non-active vitamins to their active forms in the liver.
B-Complex #6 contains eight water-soluble compounds (the entire B-complex):
- thiamine (vitamin B1)
- riboflavin (vitamin B2)
- niacin (vitamin B3)
- pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)
- pyridoxine (vitamin B6)
- cobalamin (vitamin B12)
And extra vitamin B6 as pyridoxine and pyridoxal 5'-phosphate. It also contains choline citrate. (Although choline is often grouped with the B vitamin family, it is not officially a B vitamin.)
